About the Position
An actively growing online aggregator is seeking a proactive and positive Product Owner with strong problem-solving abilities and passion for the product.
Responsibilities
- Analytical and practical mindset to prioritize needs, values, and trade-offs;
- Excellent listening and communication skills to discover and explain requirements;
- Develop, approve, and implement the company’s commercial strategy;
- Manage day-to-day commercial and operational activities and indicators;
- Build a system of operational performance tracking, performance management, and staff motivation (KPI, OKR);
- Understand users and market needs for the product;
- Generate and present ideas to develop the product;
- Define business goals for the product;
- Long-term road mapping and planning;
- Manage workgroups, assign, and control tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial management experience in online business;
- Analytical mindset;
- Structural and systematic character;
- Professional experience in online and offline business;
- Track record of multiple increases in sales, profitability, growth;
- Experience in working with a product team;
- Experience in working with software development teams, online applications, and marketing;
- Ability to communicate in English.
