About the Position

3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that develops innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and national security. We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones and are actively growing and scaling our team. Our mission is to strengthen Ukraine’s technological advantage on the battlefield.

We are looking for a Head of Production who will be responsible for ensuring stable operations of the manufacturing unit and timely, high-quality, and complete output. We seek someone ready to work effectively in a dynamic environment and support scalable growth and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans; monitor deadlines and product quality
• Optimize production processes and reduce costs
• Control product quality according to technical specifications and standards
• Implement KPIs and analyze team efficiency
• Coordinate with R&D on model and technology improvements
• Monitor inventory of components and consumables; assist in procurement planning
• Report to management: planning, spending, quality, efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in production management
• Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
• Experience with documentation, accounting, CRM, Google Sheets, production tables
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM, ERP, Trello
• Responsibility, systems thinking, leadership skills, stress resilience

Nice to Have

• Experience in defense, UAV manufacturing, or telecom components
• Hands-on FPV experience (assembly, flying, testing)
• Technical English (working with documentation and suppliers)
