Head of Production — Studio

About the Position

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a competition for vacant positions of civil service categories “B” and “B” in the Department of Communications. We are seeking a Head of Production - Studio to lead the creation of new projects and oversee the production of television programs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the creation of new promising projects and oversees the production of individual television cycles and programs, thematic television stories, reports, and other software products.
• Manages the leadership of the creative group of the TV project.
• Develops a rational technological process for the production of future programs.
• Provides the entire cycle of television production: preparatory stage, filming process, broadcast, editing, voice-over, etc.
• Supervises the production of individual television cycles and programs, thematic television stories, reports, and other software products.
• Controls the quality and timeliness of the preparation of programs for the air.
• Receives and coordinates information necessary for the performance of functions and tasks related to the competence of the Department of Communications.
• Provides relevant information and explanations to other structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Organizes briefings, press conferences, live broadcasts on radio and television, “round tables” with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• Develops and implements plans for comprehensive SMM campaigns.

Requirements

• Education: Higher educational master's degree.
• Work Experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “B” or experience in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, for at least two years.
• Proficiency in the State Language: Fluency in the state language.
• Knowledge of Legislation: Familiarity with various laws and resolutions related to civil service, information, media, and prevention of corruption.
• Professional or Technical Knowledge: Skills in interpretation of legislative acts, drawing up administrative documents, conducting business correspondence, and knowledge of modern information technologies.
• Personal Qualities: Organizational skills, reasonable initiative, constant professional and self-improvement, sociability, responsibility, and perseverance.

We Offer

• Official salary: UAH 6031
• Increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.04.2016 No. 292 “Some issues of remuneration of civil servants”
• Allowances and surcharges (in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”)

1. A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine
2. A written application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for taking up a civil service position, to which a resume is attached in any form
3. A written statement in which the person informs that he is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Cleansing of Power” and gives his consent to the inspection and disclosure of information about him in accordance with the said Law or a copy of the certificate of the established form on the results of such verification
4. Copy (copies) of the document(s) on education
5. Completed personal card of the established sample
6. Declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government, for the past year
