Head of Productmarketing Multilayer (m/w/d)

About the Position

TDK Electronics, part of the TDK Corporation, is seeking a Head of Productmarketing Multilayer (m/w/d) for our Business Group Piezo and Protection Devices Multilayer in Munich. This role requires close collaboration between the Munich and Deutschlandsberg, Austria locations.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Oversee the European product marketing for Piezo and Protection Devices – Multilayer.
• Marketing: Market a wide range of ESD products based on ceramic and silicon chips, high-precision thermistors, and new ceramic energy storage.
• Strategy: Define and coordinate product and regional strategies.
• Market Analysis: Identify market and customer needs.
• Coordination: Manage customer requests between sales, development, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Hybrid Role: Act as a bridge between product marketing in Munich and the headquarters in Deutschlandsberg, Austria.
• Analysis: Conduct customer, market, and competitor analyses to expand product offerings and enter new market segments.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of approximately 6-8 employees, ensuring effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Education: Successful completion of a degree in Business Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in product marketing and/or sales.
• Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic and analytical thinking, structured and goal-oriented work approach, international experience with customer visits/business trips (approx. 30-40%), flexibility, excellent communication skills in a technical environment, strong social skills, openness, assertiveness, and good interpersonal team interaction.
