Responsibilities

• Total responsibility for steering all turnkey large-scale projects (Multi-MW-PV, BESS, LIS, EMS) in terms of schedule, budget, quality, P&L, and margin
• Disciplinary and lateral leadership, coaching, and development of the project manager team within a dynamic matrix organization
• Continuous coordination of capacities with heads of engineering and technical operations to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Establishment of binding PM standards and stage-gate processes from sales handover through execution and grid connection to project completion
• Consistent enforcement of change orders (VOB/B, BGB, EPC) and assumption of portfolio monitoring including regular risk reporting to the management

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification with a Business Administration supplement
• At least 5–8 years of proven EPC professional experience in turnkey project management of large-scale renewable energy projects (PV rooftop, BESS, LIS)
• Proven success in the disciplinary leadership of project management teams and in the lateral leadership of interdisciplinary teams in matrix structures
• Solid knowledge of construction and works contract law (VOB/B, BGB, EPC contracts) with proven assertiveness in active claim management
• Solid technical system understanding for medium voltage connections, transformer stations, and grid operator interfaces paired with fluent German and English language skills
