About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Recruitment to lead our team in managing recruitment processes for high-risk digital products and performance-driven businesses.
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the recruitment strategy in line with business goals and growth pace
- Team management: task setting, execution control, KPIs, team development, and performance reviews
- Full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Departments)
- Vacancy prioritization and recruitment pipeline management in a high-load environment
- Optimization, standardization, and scaling of recruitment processes (ATS, Jira, SLAs, reporting)
- Analytics and monitoring of key metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates, team workload
- Improvement of candidate experience and development of the employer (HR) brand
- Participation in shaping the HR strategy and scaling company teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing a team of recruiters
- Strong expertise in hiring specialists for high-risk digital products and performance-driven businesses, including Web3 projects and marketing teams (media buyers, affiliate managers, traffic managers, Web3 / blockchain specialists, product, analytics, compliance, and related roles)
- Experience handling a high volume of vacancies and competing priorities
- Solid understanding of business metrics and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in building recruitment processes from scratch or scaling existing ones
- Ability to build effective partnership relationships with hiring managers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
