About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Retention with experience in launching retention functions and working with BI tools to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- At least 3 years of experience with retention campaigns in iGaming (casino/betting).
- Knowledge of key metrics: Retention rate, LTV, ARPU, Churn, DAU/WAU, bonus costs, deposit statuses, and behavioral triggers.
- Skills in audience segmentation and hypothesis building for different segments (new, active, inactive, VIP).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Optimove, Exponea, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Ability to independently launch, test, and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and result visualization.
- Understanding of compliance and responsible gaming requirements within retention communications.
- Experience with A/B testing.
Requirements
- Experience launching retention functions from scratch or participating in the start of a new product.
- Skills in working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with push, in-app, SMS, call-центром, and offline activations.
- Communication skills with product, VIP, marketing, and support teams.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Understanding of seasonality, behavioral patterns, and specifics of different GEOs.
- Experience in identifying and localizing problems.
