About the Position
Head of Sales (CBDO) at FinT is an executive role responsible for driving company growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue-generating initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Build high-level relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, account management, and support.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Strategy required; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or sales leadership, with at least 2 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
- Core Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to define market opportunities and create long-term growth plans.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional negotiation, team management, and presentation skills for board-level reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights.
