Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements
About the Position
We are seeking a Head of Sales with experience in B2B sales and digital marketing to lead our sales team remotely.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably in digital marketing or advertising);
- Understanding of lead generation processes (including cold sales);
- Skills in finding and attracting freelancers and agencies;
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a focus on results;
- Structured approach to communication and reporting;
- English language proficiency at least at the Intermediate level.
Responsibilities
- Finding and attracting advertising agencies and freelancers who work with Google Ads;
- Conducting negotiations and product presentations;
- Establishing and developing partnerships;
- Finding leads through LinkedIn, email newsletters, professional communities, and conferences;
- Participating in conferences and relevant events to expand the partner network;
- Collecting and organizing feedback from clients;
- Participating in the development of sales strategy;
- Forming a sales team after successful completion of the probationary period;
- Analyzing target segments and competitive environment;
- Initiating contacts with potential partners and clients (outreach);
- Managing the sales funnel and reporting in CRM;
- Preparing presentation and offer materials;
- Supporting the deal from the first contact to closure;
- Participating in the creation and implementation of a lead generation strategy.
