About the Company

We are a pioneering, global precision oncology and molecular diagnostics company dedicated to conquering cancer through groundbreaking blood-based tests. By leveraging advanced genomic data and high-sensitivity technology, we empower healthcare providers to detect cancer earlier and select optimal therapies for patients.

As we expand our impact across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary leader to drive the commercial strategy and adoption of our paradigm-shifting early detection and screening portfolio.

About the Job

In this executive leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the long-term strategic vision for our cancer screening portfolio across the region. You will champion the transition of cancer detection from reactive management to proactive, blood-based screening.

This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, clinical market development expertise, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and reimbursement landscapes across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and execute the comprehensive regional growth strategy for the screening business unit, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
  • Commercial Execution: Own the regional P&L for the screening portfolio. Drive market penetration, identify new commercial channels, and establish strategic partnerships with health systems, corporate health programs, and large-scale diagnostic networks.
  • Market Access & Reimbursement: Partner closely with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams to build robust clinical utility evidence, influence clinical guidelines, and secure favorable reimbursement pathways with private and public payers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), government health ministries, screening advocacy groups, and scientific communities to drive awareness and adoption of liquid biopsy screening.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team across regional sub-hubs, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and patient-centricity.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA, MD, or PhD is highly desirable.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the molecular diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative diagnostic products, preventative health solutions, or screening programs.
  • Regional Track Record: Deep commercial and regulatory familiarity with markets across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills, with the ability to influence both internal executives and external health authorities.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunity to work with a pioneering company in precision oncology and molecular diagnostics
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
