- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), government health ministries, screening advocacy groups, and scientific communities to drive awareness and adoption of liquid biopsy screening.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team across regional sub-hubs, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and patient-centricity.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA, MD, or PhD is highly desirable.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the molecular diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative diagnostic products, preventative health solutions, or screening programs.
- Regional Track Record: Deep commercial and regulatory familiarity with markets across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills, with the ability to influence both internal executives and external health authorities.
We Offer
- Competitive salary
