Head of SEO

About the Position

Zeeks is a technology company that develops infrastructure, analytics, and service products for the global iGaming industry. We operate across B2B and B2B2C business models, grow our own product portfolio for international markets, and build products where data quality, operational efficiency, and scalability form the foundation of every solution.

We are scaling our proprietary product portfolio focused on Tier-1 markets, where organic growth is one of the key drivers of business expansion.

We are looking for a Head of SEO who will define the SEO strategy for our key products and take ownership of their organic growth. We’re looking for an expert with hands-on experience in scaling large SEO projects, designing complex SEO solutions, and executing large-scale website migrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SEO strategy for two international products.
• Design and oversee the consolidation of a large network of websites into a single domain while safely preserving accumulated SEO equity.
• Build the SEO architecture for a new product from the ground up.
• Define standards for technical SEO, content architecture, internal linking, structured data, and SEO requirements for product development.
• Oversee indexing, migrations, 301 redirects, search engine penalty risks, and the prevention of organic traffic loss.
• Develop strategies for increasing organic visibility and acquiring natural backlinks.
• Build and scale the SEO function, including team assessment, hiring and developing Team Leads, and defining processes and areas of ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including 2–3 years in a Lead, Head of SEO, or SEO Architect role.
• Proven experience planning and executing large-scale website migrations using 301 redirects.
• Experience building SEO architecture for large-scale products with tens or hundreds of thousands of pages.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, indexing, migrations, information architecture, and search engine penalty risks.
• Experience managing SEO teams and building scalable SEO processes.
• Experience working with international products.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
• Experience in iGaming, Affiliate Marketing, or other highly competitive digital industries will be considered a strong advantage.
