About the Position

We are strengthening our Sourcing leadership with four new Head of Sourcing positions for each of our four business units. Each position will be responsible for Sourcing in vertical business unit dimensions either for Tech Consulting, Banktech, Indtech, or Caretech business units.

In this role, you will act as the primary sourcing partner to the business, ensuring early involvement in commercial decisions, shaping supplier strategy, and delivering measurable business impact. You will play a critical role in advancing our mission to maximize value and minimize waste, while supporting revenue growth, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

This is a highly independent, leadership role requiring strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives and supplier ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Strategic Leadership

  • Act as the primary sourcing interface to the business unit leadership team.
  • Drive early involvement in sales, delivery, and planning processes, co-creating a forward-looking sourcing pipeline.
  • Build a strategic view of supplier markets, supplier ecosystems, and future capability needs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making at executive level.

Maximize Value & Minimize Waste

  • Deliver measurable cost reduction and cost avoidance across external spend.
  • Identify and execute cashflow optimization opportunities, including payment term improvements and P2P compliance.
  • Drive supplier related sales expansion and revenue boot activities.
  • Drive commercial optimization initiatives, including:
    • Renegotiation of key contracts
    • Supplier consolidation and demand management
  • Apply a broad range of advanced sourcing methodologies to maximize business value.

Supplier Strategy & Delivery Enablement

  • Define and manage the supplier strategy for the business unit.
  • Secure access to key partners and subcontractors to support sales and delivery.
  • Lead sourcing of subcontractors for major projects and bids, ensuring competitiveness and availability.
  • Manage business unit specific strategic supplier relationships and supplier portfolio.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to sourcing policies, contracting standards, and PO compliance.
  • Address regulatory and compliance risks, including specific local requirements (e.g. Poland B2B engagement models).
  • Strengthen governance across sourcing processes and supplier engagements.

Sourcing Capability & Leadership Contribution

  • Contribute as an active member of the Sourcing leadership team, shaping company-wide sourcing transformation.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through analytics, reporting, and market intelligence.
  • Lead virtual teams and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring execution of strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial/sales role. Proven track record in business partnering at senior/executive level, supplier relationship management, delivering financial impact, strategic thinking, and leading complex cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Sourcing best practices, negotiations, and building win-win commercial models.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience from working in international organizations with complex business models and matrix organization.
  • M.Sc from a relevant field.
  • Fully proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
