About the Position
Head of Studio Management
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Studio Management to join our team in Serbia. This role is pivotal in defining and executing our operational strategy, ensuring alignment with our global standards and local Serbian requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy: Align with top management to define and execute operational strategies specific to Serbia.
- Team Development: Build and lead the local team, collaborating with HR on recruitment and retention strategies tailored to Serbia.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources to maximize efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Serbian legal standards and company policies.
- Facilities Management: Oversee facilities and logistics to support operational requirements.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, optimizing supply chain processes.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of people management experience, including proven leadership of 500+ employees.
- Skills:
- Extensive experience in operations management.
- Strong knowledge of Serbian regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in operational management systems, reporting frameworks, and data analysis tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Serbian.
- Professional certifications in project management or leadership methodologies are considered an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience managing business verticals and multicultural/international teams.
