We are seeking a Head of Swap to lead our Tether-backed Bitcoin Layer-2 platform team remotely. This role involves using RGB and Lightning Network technology to enable instant, zero-fee, private, and non-custodial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and grow the Swap team, set direction, and maintain a high bar for execution.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the Swap roadmap and decide what gets built and in what order, balancing new chain/asset support, resolver experience, and integration demand.
• Go-to-Market: Own the positioning and adoption strategy for Utexo Swap in the intent-based swap market.
• Wallet Integrations: Drive wallet integrations from initial discussions through successful implementation and launch.
• Partnerships: Build relationships with wallets and distribution partners and lead negotiations through to closed integrations.
• Product Strategy: Take full ownership of the product direction and continuously improve the Swap product based on market and integration demand.
• Cross-Chain Product Development: Oversee a product operating across Ethereum, Solana, Tron, and Bitcoin.
• Execution: Work closely with engineering and other teams to ensure roadmap priorities are translated into shipped product.
• Liquidity & Resolver Experience: Balance resolver participation, pricing, execution quality, and distribution as the product scales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software, product, engineering, or technical leadership, ideally within crypto, DeFi, or blockchain products.
• DeFi / Swap Experience: Prior experience with a swap provider, DEX aggregator, intent-based protocol, or DeFi liquidity platform.
• RFQ & Resolver Economics: Strong understanding of RFQ pricing, resolver/solver models, liquidity, and swap execution economics.
• Cross-Chain Expertise: Comfortable working across EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, and Tron and understanding their different execution models.
• Product Leadership: Proven experience owning a product roadmap, setting priorities, and making final decisions on what gets built and shipped.
• Partnerships: Track record of successfully landing and closing integrations with wallets or other distribution partners.
• Team Management: Previous experience leading and growing a product or engineering-adjacent team, including hiring and setting the execution standard.
• Technical Understanding: Strong enough technical background to work closely with engineers and understand blockchain infrastructure, APIs, settlement models, and integrations.
