About the Position
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine announces a tender for the vacant position of the civil service of category “B” - Head of the Department for the Affairs of Participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Conducting a tender for filling the vacant position of the Head of the Department of Affairs of the Participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine
Responsibilities
- Organizes interaction with the departments of the Ministry's apparatus, institutions, institutions, and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs on the issues of ensuring social rights and guarantees of combatants, members of the militia, dead workers, participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl NPP, large families of workers, veterans of internal affairs bodies.
- Takes a personal part in the development of legislative and other regulatory acts.
- Organizes and supervises in the Office the work with citizens' appeals, parliamentary appeals, and requests of people's deputies of Ukraine, requests for information.
- Provides general control over the state of office work in the Administration, in the prescribed manner takes measures for the appropriate logistical, financial, and other support of USUATO activities.
- Monitors the timely performance of official duties by the employees of the Office, their maintenance of official documentation, compliance with the requirements of the internal daily routine, discipline, and legality.
- Periodically informs the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the progress of the implementation of plans, measures, orders, and orders, makes proposals for improving the work of the Department.
- Provides the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus, institutions, institutions, and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, within their competence, with the necessary advisory, practical, and methodological assistance on issues of social and humanitarian work, on the preparation of documents that are the basis for granting employees the status of a military officer actions.
- Studies personal official correspondence, identifies performers.
- Takes measures to ensure the planning of the work of the Office and the submission of proposals to the work plans of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Education: Degree of Higher Education in the field of knowledge “Law”, “Management and Administration”.
- Work Experience: Experience in public service positions of categories “B” or “C” or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years, fluency in the state language.
- Proficiency in the State Language: Fluency in Ukrainian.
Special Requirements
- Knowledge of Legislation: Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, “On Prevention of Corruption”, “On Purging Power”, “On Education”, “On Higher Education”, “On Central Executive Authorities”, “On the National Police”, “On the State Border Service of Ukraine”, “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, “On the National Guard of Ukraine”, “About appeals of citizens” and other laws of Ukraine, international treaties, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and the central executive bodies providing formation and implementation of state policy in the sphere of civil service, educational, and scientific activities, the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine, Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
- Professional Knowledge: Possession of skills of interpretation of legislative acts and application of their requirements in practice. Ability to organize and maintain constant communication relations with state bodies, media, citizens.
- Communication and Interaction: Skills for organizing and conducting meetings, conferences, seminars. Skills for resolving conflict situations. Ability to establish effective interaction with colleagues within the state body, as well as interdepartmental interaction. Ability to choose and apply effective styles of interpersonal communication, influence, and direct others to achieve their goals and tasks. Ability to focus on the interlocutor. Salary
- Salary: 8670 UAH
- Surcharge to the official salary by rank: In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18.01.2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies”.
- Surcharges and surcharges: In accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.

- Required Documents:
- A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.
- A written application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for taking up a civil service position (in the form in accordance with Appendix 2), to which a resume is attached in an arbitrary form.
- A written statement in which the person informs that he is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law or a copy of the certificate on the results of such verification.
- Copy (copies) of the document(s) on education.
- Completed personal card of the established sample.
- Declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government for the past year.
