Responsibilities

As Head of Transaction Services for Greater China, you will:

• Lead and grow ING’s Transaction Services business across Hong Kong and China.
• Oversee the development and delivery of solutions in Trade Finance, Working Capital Solutions, Payments & Cash Management, and Liquidity and Pooling Solutions.
• Drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.
• Ensure the business remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 10–15+ years of experience within Transaction Services, Transaction Banking, or related wholesale banking businesses.
• Skills:
  • Strong expertise across trade finance, working capital solutions, payments, cash management, and liquidity products.
  • Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business performance and team management.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and senior client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the transaction banking landscape in Hong Kong and China.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
