About the Position
At Codebridge, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional design solutions to our diverse range of clients, primarily sourced from Upwork. Over the past three years, our dedicated teams have successfully completed over 500 projects, generating revenue exceeding $1 million. However, we've noticed a decline in revenue in recent months, indicating a need for strategic leadership and direction in our design department.
We are currently seeking a Head of UI/UX Design to lead our design department, enhance productivity, and scale our team of up to 50 professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the design department
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and expand the design team while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Oversee project management, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines
- Collaborate with other departments to align design objectives with company goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a UI/UX design environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
- Experience in scaling teams and managing large groups of designers
