About the Position

We are seeking a Head of Unit with a strong software engineering background to lead high-performing engineering teams in a remote role. Based in Poland, this position offers excellent career prospects and a friendly environment within a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Continuing to evolve our Agile & Lean development approach.

Requirements

• Big-picture and innovative thinking
• Strong (and modern) software engineering background
• Experience in building, running, and leading high-performing, autonomous engineering teams in complex environments
• Experience in architecting of distributed systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience of creating a forward-thinking technology culture
• RFP
• Delivery mindset and Product mindset
• Fundamental understanding of the principles of Agile and Lean development

Nice to Have

• Manufacturing (preferred)
• HealthTech (preferred)
• Retail, Media and Entertainment
• FinTech (preferred)

The Project Waiting for You

Based on the individual's skills and attitudes, there will be a possibility to concentrate on work with the engineering Unit(s) and/or on work with BizDev/Pre-Sales and/or on work with particular Customer(s).
