About the Position

Head of UX Development (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Head of UX Development to lead our frontend team in Linz, Austria, focusing on modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

Responsibilities

Drive the continuous development of Fabasphere's frontend stack.
Deliver a modern, responsive, and accessible user interface.
Work with innovative cloud-native technologies.
Define, prioritize, and deliver innovative frontend features on time.
Foster a culture of ambition, ownership, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements

Completed degree or vocational qualification in IT (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or university).
Several years of professional experience in software development and leadership roles.
Strong knowledge in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with UI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices.
Excellent German and good English skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with C++.
