About the Position
N1 Partners Group 🌟 is a rapidly growing IT product company which always welcomes professionals in various areas of IT and iGaming to join the team. We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return. We are currently seeking a Head of VIP to lead our loyalty programs and manage high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and personalized experiences.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs;
- Design and manage VIP loyalty programs;
- Oversee the management of high-value VIP clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service;
- Mentor, and manage the VIP team;
- Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to develop tools and features that enhance the VIP experience;
- Explore new technologies (e.g., AI, CRM systems) to improve VIP management and personalization;
- Organize exclusive events, physical gifts for VIP players;
- Coordinating with departments to improve VIP segment;
- VIP promo plan preparation;
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in gaming industry;
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Data-driven and User-oriented approach is a must;
- Experience in team management;
- Knowledge of different CRM systems and experience in setting up the trial, and onboarding processes using them (Intercom, WA messengers, Customer.io);
- Experience and knowledge working with main KPIs such as Retention Rate, GGR, NGR, ARPU;
- Knowledge of analytical tools, excel. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;
- English - Upper intermediate level (B2).
