About the Position

Healthcare Provider Account Management Front Line Leader - Corporate Sales (East Market)

Dallas, Texas, United States

At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform-we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention-but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.

When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities-ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Coach and guide a team of 6–8 Account Executives to consistently achieve retention, expansion, and multi-year contract renewal targets.
  • Elevate Enterprise Account Strategy: Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts, partnering with healthcare C-suites to run Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and drive long-term strategic value.
  • Build & Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier sales talent through targeted coaching on value articulation, deal structuring, and complex negotiation.
  • Accelerate Solution Adoption: Drive multi-product adoption across SaaS, data, analytics, AI, and advisory services across health systems and provider networks.
  • Optimize Revenue Operations: Maintain rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strategic territory coverage to ensure consistent quota achievement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading SaaS subscription sales, account management, or commercial growth teams responsible for renewals, retention, and expansion.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-level healthcare provider accounts (e.g., IDNs, Academic Medical Centers, Health Systems).
  • Deep operational familiarity with key SaaS growth metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, churn management, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Success negotiating complex, multi-year, seven-figure enterprise agreements in competitive environments.
  • Background developing high-performing, consultative sales teams that consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI and Data Analytics
  • Strong consultative selling skills

We Offer

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage tailored for you and your family.
  • Generous paid time off, company holidays, and dedicated wellness days to recharge.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with competitive company matching.
  • Annual learning & development stipends for continuous executive education, coaching, and certifications.
  • Hybrid/flexible work options with dedicated home-office setup stipends.
