About the Role

At Green Fusion, we make heating systems in large residential buildings more efficient, making living more climate-friendly! As a Heizungsoptimierer:in, you will be our team on-site: You will go directly into the boiler rooms, implement our optimization recommendations on the controller, and ensure that data translates into real CO₂ savings.

You don't need to be a heating expert. What's important is that you have a passion for technology, hands-on work, and being on the road - we will provide the necessary technical knowledge.

We are filling this position in two regions in northern and southern Germany.

Responsibilities

You gain access to the heating controllers directly in the basements of buildings - including coordinating keys with the caretakers.
You check which heating circuits can be controlled via the controller.
You set the new parameters on the controller according to our optimization recommendations.
You document all changes in our software platform.
You provide feedback from practice to ensure our processes are continuously improving.
You achieve around 25-30 optimizations per week.
In the summer, when less optimization is done, you assist with installations if needed.

Requirements

Technical Interest and enthusiasm for practical work closely related to technology
No fear of controllers and manuals - after our training, you will work safely and independently on the devices
Proficient use of digital tools such as Jira and our internal app
Attention to detail and high-quality standards in your work
Independent, reliable work style and problem-solving skills when on-site situations differ from the plan
Strong communication skills, e.g., on the phone with caretakers
Desire to travel and get hands-on - you prefer being on the road rather than sitting in an office
Ideally, you live in Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart, or the surrounding area and are willing to travel within your region to our clients.

Nice to Have

Basic understanding of heating systems - you will learn everything else through our documentation and with the support of the team
