- Kick-off call: We start by understanding your product’s QA challenges (from flaky tests to release delays) and define what kind of engineer will solve them.
- Sourcing: We shortlist engineers who align with your domain (web, mobile, embedded), your toolset (Selenium, Cypress, etc.), and your preferred methodology (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Initial HR interview: We screen for communication, ownership, time zone alignment, and mindset, making sure the engineer understands how to work within your team structure.
- Tech interview: Each candidate goes through scenario-based QA challenges, including test case creation, risk assessment, and debugging sessions.
