About the Position

We are seeking a Hoofduitvoerder Infra to lead civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and compliant project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of civil and infrastructure projects on-site.
• Supervise the on-site team, ensuring adherence to planning, quality, and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, subcontractors, and clients.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, planners, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

Requirements

• Completed MBO/HBO education in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in leading on-site teams for infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of RAW, UAV-GC, and V&G regulations.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum C1 or C2 level proficiency in Dutch.
