About the Position
HR Administration Specialist (Military Records)
Due to the expansion of the company’s headcount, we need a specialist in HR records management and military records management. The role requires a hybrid work format, as it will be necessary to exchange and transfer documentation (all documents are stored in the office).
This is a fairly specific role, yet one that requires a great deal of creative thinking: developing internal regulatory documents and documentation templates. The dynamic nature of the company’s talent means there is always something new to learn. We offer vast opportunities for training and professional growth in this field.
Responsibilities
- HR records: issuing orders (hiring/dismissal), drafting employment contracts, and maintaining personal files
- Development of internal regulatory documents (job descriptions, staffing schedules, etc.)
- Business travel: preparing and developing documents related to employee business trips
- Military records: full management of the area (maintaining lists, submitting data to the TCC, reconciliations with the TCC)
- Monitoring legislative changes in the field of HR records and military records management
Requirements
- Experience in HR records management and military records management
- Confident use of any basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work with government platforms (Diia, Pension Fund)
Personal Qualities
- Ability to work in a team; a drive to learn and stay up to date (since legislation changes constantly, it is essential to monitor it and react promptly)
- Willingness to show initiative and bring fresh ideas
