About the Position
HR Administrator - 6 Month Contract (Part-Time)
Our services client, close to Dublin City Centre, is currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Administrator to work 3 days per week for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will support the implementation of a new HRIS project. This role will focus on cleansing, validating, and migrating employee data into a new HR platform while ensuring GDPR compliance and data accuracy. The role is working fully onsite.
Responsibilities
- Audit, cleanse, and maintain employee data records
- Prepare and validate data for system migration
- Support testing, UAT, and system go-live activities
- Assist with GDPR-related administration, including data retention and access requests
- Provide general HR administrative and project support
Requirements
- 1+ years' HR Administration experience
- Strong HRIS and employee records management experience
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation)
- Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential employee data
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
