HR-analyst / Junior C&B Analyst

Odd Systems is a defense technology company specializing in the development and production of thermal imaging cameras. We are looking for a Junior C&B Analyst to join our team and manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with labor laws.

Our products, including thermal imaging cameras Kurbas, Svitlych, and others, are named after prominent figures of the "Executed Renaissance" and "Sixtiers" – Ukrainian intellectuals of the 20th century persecuted and destroyed by the Soviet regime. Odd Systems has offices in Ukraine, the USA, and the EU.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Calculations of Additional Payments and Bonuses

  • Conducting and controlling calculations of additional payments to employees
  • Supporting payroll calculations for full-time employees and those under GIG contracts

• Supporting the Benefits Package

  • Organizing interaction with contractors regarding benefits (contracts, payments)
  • Monitoring budget management for benefits

• Supporting Insurance Packages

  • Administering DMC contracts and life insurance
  • Conducting and controlling payments
  • Communicating with employees regarding insurance packages

• C&B Projects

  • Participation in the implementation of grading and the formation of the Total Compensation package
  • Participation in SLI and LTI projects

Requirements

• Experience and Skills

  • Experience as an HR analyst or C&B specialist for at least 1 year
  • Experience in calculating bonuses and allowances in a company with a staff of 200+ employees
  • Experience in supporting employee insurance
  • Experience in HR process automation is a plus

• Knowledge

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian labor law
  • Understanding of the peculiarities of martial law affecting labor relations (severance pay, etc.)
  • Experience with 1C ZUP, BAS, SAP, Oracle is a plus
  • High proficiency in Excel

• Personal Qualities and Skills

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in working with numbers
  • Ability to work with deadlines
