About the Position
We are seeking an HR & OD Lead with Employee Relations (ER) responsibilities for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) role in Truro, England. This role offers a competitive salary up to £77,000 per annum and a full range of benefits.

- Manage Employee Relations (ER) responsibilities.
