About the Position
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a fast-growing financial services business in the UK. This role offers a competitive salary and a 9-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with HR policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £85,000 per annum
