Responsibilities

• Own the full employee journey: onboarding, performance, learning, engagement, retention, offboarding
• Partner with managers to grow strong, high-performing teams and support a culture of ownership and excellence
• Build and improve HR processes - from idea to launch - ensuring they are scalable and effective
• Use data and HR analytics to shape strategies and measure impact
• Be the go-to person for employees on policies, processes, and personal growth

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR, Operations, or People Management roles
• A hands-on builder mentality: you enjoy creating and improving, not just maintaining
• Data-driven mindset - confident with spreadsheets, metrics, and analysis
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• English level B2+
