We are looking for candidates for the position of:

HR Business Partner

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive implementation of the recruitment process considering both business needs and the organization's culture and values
• Co-creation and implementation of the employee adaptation process and analysis of exit interviews of departing employees
• Management of the employee development process, including support in building talent programs
• Participation in the competency management process – from defining key competencies for individual positions to determining the competency potential of individual employees – planning long-term employment levels and development paths
• Implementation of the training management process, including support in defining training needs
• Implementation of development training at the internal trainer level, through the implementation of proprietary training projects
• Monitoring Employee Experience, including employee engagement surveys
• Preparation of reports and analyses to study indicators related to the human resources area
• Close cooperation with leaders, managers, and supporting them in implementing adopted strategies and solutions
• Building and analyzing human potential in the organization
• Sharing available knowledge to ensure best practices in human resources management
• Building the organization's image and culture

Requirements:

• Experience in implementing HR projects in the areas of recruitment, development, and competency management
• Highly developed communication skills, teamwork ability, and a desire for development
• Experience in conducting training on soft skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language at a level allowing for fluent communication
• Passion for working in HR
• Willingness to take on challenges and a flexible approach to changing situations
• Openness to change and continuous search for new solutions
