We are looking for candidates for the position of:

HR Business Partner

Workplace: małopolskie, śląskie, dolnośląskie

Responsibilities

• Active participation in creating and implementing HR policy in line with the Company's strategy;
• Leading HR projects (career paths, talent management, succession, individual development plans, job descriptions, periodic evaluation, employee engagement survey, job valuation and assessment);
• Co-leading recruitment processes at specialist and managerial levels;
• Advising Management on best practices in human resources management and change management;
• Responsibility for building the Employer's image in the labor market;
• Preparing HR indicator reports and presentations, presenting findings and recommending development actions;
• Recommending HR solutions in response to current business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management;
• Higher education;
• Experience in leading soft and hard HR projects;
• Practical knowledge of employment law;
• High level of competence in the areas of relationship building, solution orientation, communication, and independence in action;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
