For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
HR Business Partner
Location: Małopolska, Śląskie, Dolnośląskie
Responsibilities
- Active participation in creating and implementing HR policy in line with the Company's strategy;
- Leading HR projects (career paths, talent management, succession, individual development plans, job descriptions, periodic evaluation, employee engagement survey, job evaluation and valuation);
- Co-leading recruitment processes at specialist and managerial levels;
- Advising Management on best practices in human resources management and change management;
- Responsibility for building the Employer's image in the labor market;
- Preparing HR indicator reports, presenting findings, and recommending development actions;
- Recommending HR solutions in response to current business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management;
- Higher education;
- Experience in managing soft and hard HR projects;
- Practical knowledge of employment law;
- High level of competence in the areas of relationship building, solution orientation, communication, and independence in action;
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package.
