About the Position

HR Business Partner International

Our partner, an international retail company, is looking for an HR Business Partner International. The company manages a network of over 850 stores and a team of 12,000 employees, actively scaling its presence in Ukraine and Europe.

The role of HR Business Partner International is responsible for building, developing, and scaling Human Capital systems in the international scope of the company. The role combines strategic partnership with business, a deep understanding of the full HC cycle, system audit and process optimization, and support for employees in European jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Human Resources Partnership and Business Support

  • Be a strategic HR partner for international business and functional leaders
  • Advise management on organizational development, team management, change, and scaling
  • Ensure effective cross-functional interaction between HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and other functions

• Full Cycle HR (E2E)

  • Support the full cycle of HC: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, engagement, offboarding
  • Support the employee throughout their lifecycle (employee journey)
  • Participate in the formation and implementation of HR policies and standards in international teams

• International Employment and Jurisdictions

  • Practical experience in organizing and supporting employment in the European environment
  • Understanding of the specifics of employment in European jurisdictions (EU employment framework)
  • Interaction with migration, legal, and external providers
  • Control the compliance of HC processes with local legislation requirements (in partnership with Legal)

• Systemic Approach and Audit

  • Conducting an audit of HR processes in the international scope
  • Identifying gaps, risks, and areas for optimization
  • Building and standardizing HC systems, processes, and approaches
  • Implementing international HC tools and HRIS / HCM solutions

• Change Management and Development

  • Supporting organizational changes, restructuring, and launches of new teams
  • Developing managerial competencies of leaders
  • Forming a culture of collaboration, responsibility, and effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience in the position of HRBP / HC Business Partner / Senior Human Capital / People Partner in an international environment
• Practical experience in building and standardizing HC processes in a global or international company.
• Practical experience with international HR systems and processes
• Deep knowledge of the full cycle of HR
• Real experience in employment and support of employees in different jurisdictions
• Experience with European jurisdictions is a significant advantage
