HR Business Partner | Waitwhile
We're looking for our first dedicated HR Business Partner in Stockholm to shape our ways of working as we scale, with the resources of a global organization behind you.

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, employee data, and process implementation to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience.

Payroll & Benefits
- Act as primary contact for local payroll providers and manage monthly payroll execution, benefits, and pension programs.

Employee Relations & Compliance
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters, handle employee relations cases, and serve as the local expert on Swedish labor law.

Talent Acquisition
- Lead local recruitment from requisition to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and external agencies as needed.

Performance & Development
- Coordinate performance reviews, support talent development initiatives, and ensure alignment with Allegion's broader HR programs.

Global Collaboration
- Partner with HR colleagues across Allegion to integrate Waitwhile into global systems and support organizational growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role
- Strong experience in HR operations and administration
- Practical knowledge of Swedish labor law and employment practices
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Bachelor's degree required
