About the Position

Location: Katowice, ul. Chorzowska 50 (hybrid work, 2 days in the office weekly)

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for shaping the business partnership and providing HR advice
- You understand the specifics of the business from the perspective of employees of a given business area and propose the most adequate HR tools and products
- You support managers (MBB-2, MBB-3, MBB-4) in the process of managing results and challenge leaders in terms of people management and ensuring business results
- You are responsible for translating the business strategy into plans and actions and influencing the development of the local HR strategy
- You analyze needs and advise on resource planning and support managers in choosing preferred sources of recruitment
- You participate in key recruitments, including managerial positions, advise managers on the best recruitment tactics
- You inspire managers in identifying and supporting the implementation of development plans to retain the most talented and qualified employees
- You initiate and conduct, with the support of other HR units, activities related to resource planning, identification of key competencies and their development, work with talents and successors
- You propose and participate in implementing solutions that build organizational culture – good work environment, efficiency, results orientation, learning
- You lead or participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., related to development, organizational culture, DI&B, succession)
- You are responsible for analyzing data, results, and indicators related to HR processes, drawing conclusions and recommending actions based on them
- You advise on situations related to change management and solve complex employee cases
- You ensure compliance with HR regulations and processes
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- You have experience working with company boards and managing directors
- You know English at least at B2 level
- You understand the specifics of the financial industry and related HR challenges
- You are aware of trends and best practices in HR
- You can build and maintain business relationships at various organizational levels
- You have experience in managing change and implementing HR processes
- You have the ability to think critically and develop long-term HR strategies
- You have experience in leading projects and initiatives for employees and managers and working in cross-functional task teams
- You demonstrate the ability to design and conduct development activities for managers (e.g., preparing and conducting a 360 assessment for a team of managers resulting in the creation of development plans)
- You have experience in facilitating and moderating group work – ability to promote organizational values and culture related to employee engagement
- You have excellent knowledge and ability to apply labor law, talent management, and HR strategy in an organizational context
- You have the ability to analyze HR data and use it to make strategic decisions
- You can manage a budget (FTE / FWZ / training, etc.)
