Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As an HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping our business partnerships and ensuring exceptional employee experience. You will work closely with business leaders to create a positive work environment and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals. Responsibilities
- Shape business partnerships and provide HR consultancy.
- Understand business needs from an employee perspective and propose suitable HR tools and products.
- Support managers in performance management and challenge leaders on people management and business results.
- Translate business strategy into HR plans and influence local HR strategy development.
- Analyze HR needs, advise on resource planning, and support managers in selecting recruitment sources.
- Participate in key recruitments, including managerial positions, and advise managers on recruitment tactics.
- Inspire managers to identify and support employee development plans to retain top talent.
- Initiate and lead HR planning activities, key competencies identification and development, talent and succession work.
- Propose and participate in implementing solutions that build organizational culture – good work environment, efficiency, results orientation, learning.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., development, organizational culture, DI&B, succession).
- Analyze HR process data, results, and indicators, draw conclusions, and recommend actions.
- Advise on change management situations and solve complex employee cases.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience working with company boards and managing directors.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Understanding of the financial industry and related HR challenges.
- Awareness of HR trends and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships at various organizational levels.
- Experience in change management and HR process implementation.
- Capability to think critically and develop long-term HR strategies.
- Experience in leading employee and manager projects and working in cross-functional task teams.
- Ability to design and conduct developmental activities for managers (e.g., preparing and conducting a 360-degree assessment for a team of managers resulting in development plans).
- Experience in facilitating and moderating group work – ability to promote organizational values and culture related to employee engagement.
- Excellent knowledge and ability to apply labor law, talent management, and HR strategies in an organizational context.
- Ability to analyze HR data and use it for strategic decision-making.
- Budget management skills (FTE / FWZ / training, etc).
