About the Position

You will step into a high-visibility, execution-focused human resources role designed to bridge operational retail frontline needs with strategic people advisory, where you will directly influence workforce productivity and drive organizational culture on the ground.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive employee relations strategies and resolve complex workplace issues by providing fair, balanced counsel across the business.
- Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders, delivering expert advisory on performance management cycles and robust talent development plans.
- Maintain a highly visible and active presence on the retail ground, engaging directly with frontline teams to understand operational challenges and boost workforce morale.
- Drive the implementation of progressive human resource frameworks that align corporate people strategies with daily operational needs.
- Guide stakeholders through talent assessment, resource planning, and employee retention strategies across high-volume business functions.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically partnering with frontline employees in large organisations.
- Professional certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is highly advantageous.
We Offer
- Competitive salary range of S$6,000 - S$8,000 per month.
- Permanent full-time position.
