As a Senior Director, HR Business Partner, you will:
- Partner effectively with various HR teams and functional leadership to deliver integrated people solutions.
- Collaborate across the HR ecosystem to ensure cohesive HR strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, regional and local HR teams, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, L&D, functional leadership, and other GBF HRBPs.
- Deliver integrated people solutions across global businesses and functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills.
