About the Position
HR Development Specialist

We are looking for a systemic HR Development Specialist who wants to not just support processes, but to build a holistic HR ecosystem - from methodology to automation and analytics.
This role is for someone who understands how HR impacts the business, can think like an analyst, build like a process architect, and communicate like a facilitator of change.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve HR processes from scratch.
- Automate HRM systems (PeopleForce, Jira, Google Workspace, BI).
- Launch Performance Review and Salary Review cycles.
- Facilitate changes, prepare presentations, guides, and communication campaigns.
- Lead HR projects and collaborate with HRBP and team leaders.
Requirements
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR Development, HR Operations, or Process Management.
- Experience in building or redesigning HR processes.
- Practical experience in implementing Performance Review and Salary Review systems.
- Experience with HRM systems (PeopleForce, BambooHR, HURMA, or similar).
- System thinking, analytical approach, and a high level of autonomy.

- Hybrid work format.
- Office in Kyiv - spacious, modern, and comfortable.
- HR Department, direct report to HR Development Lead.
- Tools: PeopleForce, Jira, Figma, Confluence, Looker.
