About the Position

Ми активно ростемо й шукаємо HR Director’а, який не просто “керуватиме HR”, а стане архітектором нашої культури, процесів та стратегій роботи з людьми.

Що буде у фокусі:

• Масштабування HR-функції системно.
• Підтримання культури, де люди - головна сила: від онбордингу до розвитку талантів.
• Масштабування employer brand та ціннісної комунікації.
• Консультації СЕО щодо people-стратегії.
• Робота з аналітикою, OKR-ами, HR-інструментами, які дійсно працюють.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable HR processes
• Maintain and enhance company culture
• Scale employer branding and value communication
• Advise the CEO on people strategy
• Work with analytics, OKRs, and effective HR tools

Requirements

• Experience in HR at a strategic level (2+ years, preferably in iGaming).
• Systems thinking and a passion for process building.
• Understanding of how recruitment/agencies/digital work (a plus).
• Ability to be an ambassador of change, a coach for the team, and a driver of growth.
