About the Position
HR Director (iGaming)
An international iGaming holding is looking for an HR Director to build a modern corporate culture and unite teams around shared values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen corporate culture
- Build effective internal communication systems
- Implement HR processes and policies for a multinational team
- Support leaders in team development and employee engagement
Requirements
- 7+ years in HR, including 3+ years in top leadership roles
- Proven track record in international companies within iGaming
- Expertise in corporate culture transformation, change management, and employee engagement
- Strong skills in strategic HR planning and implementation of large-scale initiatives
- Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced industry
- Ability to influence a large-scale business
