The HR department is looking for an HR Generalist intern to join a young and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Support in drafting and publishing job postings, CV screening, managing initial phone calls, and scheduling interviews.
• Personnel Administration: Support in attendance management, document archiving, and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Training and Development: Collaboration in organizing training courses and managing company growth plans.
• Employer Branding: Contribution to company brand promotion activities, including channels like LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Economics, Work Psychology, or Law.
• Languages: Good knowledge of the English language (min B2) and fluency in Italian.
• Skills: Strong passion for Human Resources, excellent empathy and listening skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience and know-how in using main IT tools, especially Excel.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, result-oriented, good listener, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels.
