About the Position

HR Generalist, Kyiv

One of the Largest Food Delivery Companies in the World.

The main task of HR Generalist is to manage HR process of the company in Ukraine division.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring process for local team – middle management;
• Ensure all documentation for current and new hires is accurate – contracts, legal documentation, personal information;
• Manage your population in scope in all people systems;
• Manage and develop feedback culture in the division;
• Collect and maintain day to day information from employees – sick leaves, holidays, bank account changes, modifications of hours, salaries, etc.;
• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding people related policies, processes and procedures;
• Provide the employees with relevant, engaging experiences – team building, office management (partly) and other events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR management – 3+ years;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management;
• Organized, proactive, and creative;
• Customer service oriented and fond of solving complex doubts;
• Great communication skills;
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
