About the Position
HR Generalist (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit
Somfy, a global leader in drive and control technology for shutters, sun protection systems, and gates, is seeking a HR Generalist to join our team. This role involves providing support in personnel and administrative matters, ensuring reliable payroll processing, managing time management, and contributing to HR reports and projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a competent contact person for employees, management, and external institutions on personnel and administrative matters.
- Create and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, contract changes, and certificates.
- Ensure reliable processing of company-wide payroll, salary, and travel expense settlements.
- Manage our time management system and handle all related communication.
- Support the preparation of monthly HR reports and compile the necessary data.
- Engage in additional HR topics such as personnel controlling, personnel planning and budgeting, personnel development and training, recruiting, and other exciting HR themes.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a commercial vocational training and several years of experience in HR. Alternatively, a degree with a focus on HR and initial relevant work experience.
- Good knowledge of labor, payroll tax, and social insurance law.
- Experience in payroll and salary accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and a structured, organized working style.
- Team spirit, flexibility, digital affinity, and initiative.
