About the Position
We are looking for an HR Global professional to join Oxagile, a global custom software development company. This role involves designing and implementing our global hiring framework, ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Design and drive the creation of Oxagile’s global hiring policy and related procedures across multiple countries and engagement models.
- Handle non-standard hiring cases in new or complex locations: research legal and practical options, align with internal stakeholders, and define a viable way to engage talent.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Delivery, and local partners to ensure that hiring decisions are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with senior management: pick up, structure, and resolve high-level people-related requests and questions coming from leadership, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Translate case-by-case decisions into clear documentation: guidelines, playbooks, decision trees, and step-by-step instructions for recruiters, HR, and managers.
- Build and maintain a structured knowledge base on global hiring practices, continuously updating it as new markets and setups appear.
- Identify gaps, risks, and bottlenecks in current global hiring processes and propose improvements or alternative solutions.
- Take ownership of a defined scope of administrative tasks related to hiring and employment support in different jurisdictions (documentation flow, approvals, internal records, vendor coordination, etc.).
- Act as a point of contact for the Talent Acquisition and HR teams on questions related to global hiring formats, locations, and possible engagement schemes.

The HR Global will own the design and implementation of Oxagile's global hiring framework, turning ad-hoc decisions into clear, repeatable, and compliant processes. This is a hands-on, building-from-scratch role for someone who is comfortable stepping into controlled chaos and turning it into structure.
