British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a HR Intern in Bucharest
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various functions, assisting with daily operations and contributing to employee engagement activities. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, learn about workforce management, and develop essential skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Support HR department with different content creation & adaptation based on identified needs and objectives using appropriate methods.
- Maintain and update organization charts, prepare, maintain, and distribute regular HR reports for line managers (recognition, Head Count, etc.)
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure proper flow of communication and execution of planned initiatives and projects (JML, GG program, employee engagement & training initiatives).
- Support HR department with integration for all training programmes at national level.
- Work closely with HR team members on special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Drive self-development as per individual development plan.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Romanian Labour Laws
- Good analytical skills - capability of turning data into business information; high level of Microsoft Office suites knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Fast learner and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, strong decision-making skills
- Advanced English, both written and spoken
