HR Intern - Operations, Employee Experience & Administration

This HR Intern - Operations, Employee Experience & Administration role focuses on employee and manager support, communications, recruitment coordination, and HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a range of HR processes and queries.
• Work closely with our HR Services team in Budapest, raising requests and tracking progress to ensure an excellent employee experience and timely resolution of issues.
• Support the management of the absence process, ensuring employees and managers are appropriately informed, documentation is maintained, and cases are escalated where required.
• Coordinate administrative activities relating to the annual trainee recruitment programme, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
• Create and maintain HR communications, ensuring content on the Bosch intranet remains engaging, accurate, and relevant to employees.
• Draft employee correspondence including contract amendments, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, helping to coordinate events, communications, and activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
  • Studying for a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., ideally HR focused degree, however, Business Management, Psychology, Business Analytics also relevant.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Additional Information

• Duration: 12-month internship beginning in July 2027.
• Location: Based at the Denham office.
• Program: Participants will engage in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.
• Eligibility: Open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course. Must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
