About the Position
HR Intern - People Team
Cebu City, Philippines
Responsibilities
- Report for internship in OGS Philippines based on the schedule indicated in the internship contract and/or agreement
- Perform tasks and activities indicated in the internship plan
- Maintain confidentiality of all data, business, or trade secrets not within the public domain
- Adhere to the existing rules and regulations of OGS Philippines, including the proper use of tools, instruments, machines, and equipment
- Submit a journal of internship reflecting on the approved internship plan, experiences, problems encountered, and reflections on the internship experience to the internship program coordinator
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any directives from the company
Requirements
- Limited work experience
- Be officially enrolled in a legitimate Philippine higher education institution accredited by the Commission on Higher Education or relevant agency and have entered into a MOA with OGS Philippines
- Be enrolled in an internship subject and have completed all major (professional) subjects
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age from the start of the internship period
- Pass pre-internship requirements as specified in the internship plan
- Submit a Medical Certificate indicating good health and emotional fitness based on a physical and psychological examination conducted or certified by the Department of Health accredited clinics and hospitals
- Have a notarized written consent from a parent/guardian (no waiver allowed)
- Present a letter of endorsement from the HEI/partner institution/university
