About the Position

We are looking for a motivated Law Student to join our HR team as an HR Internship (8h) Law Student - Tires. This role is ideal for someone enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Law, who is eager to support HR-related processes and contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support HR-related processes (administration and employment documentation)
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and employment-related records
• Maintain and update personnel records and employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
• Collect, verify, and organize employee documentation required for various HR processes

Requirements

• Enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master) in Law
• Available to work full-time
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English – medium level (spoken & written)
