HR L&D Training Administrator Intern

About the Position

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for one student to join the HR Learning and Development team for an 11-month internship based in Denham. The department supports development requirements and organizes training courses at various locations throughout the UK and online.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of training course material packs and support of trainers on site and virtually
• Supporting the management of the intern programme
• Supporting the training evaluation process
• Cooperating with and supporting the training administration team
• Creating a variety of key visuals and updating the internal website
• Involvement in various departmental projects as required and according to skills, for example, Coaching, Mentoring, and Health and Wellbeing
• Responsibility for selected training portfolios

Requirements

• Studying an undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, or Business
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Able to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously
• Good, clear telephone manner
• Friendly individual with excellent interpersonal and customer skills and gets on well with others

Additional Information

This is an 11-month internship starting on the 16th August 2027, ending on the 31st July 2028. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.

Location: You will be based at the Denham office.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an assessment center.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
